I consent to the stated services and understand that any allergies, changes, or reactions to my natural lashes and brows are not the responsibility of the lash technician. I understand that maintenance is needed and the quality and color of brows are the client's responsibility once the service is complete. I also understand that refunds are not given and I have read and understand all of the policies set by Gracefully Lashed LLC.
