I consent to the stated services and understand that any allergies, changes, or reactions to my brows or areas treated are not the responsibility of the lash technician. I understand that maintenance is needed to retain hair removal, which is the client's responsibility once the service is complete. I also understand that refunds are not given and I have read and understand all of the policies set by Gracefully Lashed LLC.
